Your ALLPWD account’s first line of defense is a good account password, which is the master password. It’s used to secure your account and encrypt your data in your Main Vault.

Choose a strong master password. Pick for your account password something that’s hard to guess but easy to remember.

Use your master password only for ALLPWD, is not used anywhere else! If you use your master password on any another website that experiences a security breach, an attacker may use it to get into your ALLPWD account.

At all times keep your master password private. No one else should know your master password. ALLPWD Support will never ask what your master password is.

If you forgot your master password, then you will never be able to access your ALLPWD account, including its Master Vault and all your Hidden Vaults.

Your private information is yours, and we don’t sell it or give it away. Wherever possible, we don’t even collect it.

ALLPWD complies with the requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

ALLPWD was designed with a deep respect for your privacy. The data you save in ALLPWD is encrypted and inaccessible to ALLPWD system and any of ALLPWD staff.

If your device is lost or stolen, you can log in on another device. ALLPWD never stores you master password and hidden vault passwords on a device.

Please make sure, that you have deactivated auto-fill function in Chrome, Edge, and other browsers for the ALLPWD.com and app.ALLPWD.com domains.

Not much, if nothing. The data encrypted vaults data will be useless for those hackers.

ALLPWD takes extreme measures to ensure that its websites, applications, and cloud servers are secure. ALLPWD employed the best professionals to work on its infrastructure and the software codes.

If for some reason ALLPWD were to get hacked and data from ALLPWD was exposed, your information is still protected due to strong encryption and one-way salted multiple hashing measures taken on your vaults data.

There is no way that a hacker ever can decrypt the vault data. It would take hundreds of thousands of years and all existing computer power in the world together to decrypt that data.

For the Hidden Vault password, you can use any combination of English letters, digits, and special symbols. It also can be a several words or even a sentence.

Important, that spaces and tabs will not be counted. So the passwords 'My secret logins' and 'Mysecretlogins' will be treated as the same password. Minimal length of password is 4 symbols, except tabs and spaces.

When you enter your password, make sure the letters are in the correct case and that you are typing in the correct language for the keyboard layout!

If you forget the password to the hidden vault, you will never be able to access it again!

ALLPWD is ultimately secure by design. Your data in ALLPWD is always safe. You can trust ALLPWD with storing in its vaults your passwords, bank cards, secret contacts, cryptocurrency wallets keys, and much more. ALLPWD protects your information by implementing:

The account password, or also called the master password, allows access to your Main Vault, and to your ALLPWD profile settings. The master password does not, and cannot, open any of your hidden vaults. For opening any of your hidden vaults, you have to use a password that is opening that hidden vault.

The master password requirements are following: a minimum of 6 characters, any small and capital English letters, digits, and the following special characters: ~`!@#$%^&*()-_+=|}]{[':;?/>.<,.

It is strongly recommended that you somehow note down the master password and keep it in a safe place that only you can access. In case if you forgot your master password, you won’t be able to login into your ALLPWD account anymore and will not be able to access your main vault and any of hidden vaults.

ALLPWD system is operated and supported by the ALLPWD admins. Our admins constantly watching the system performance and respond to any needs in preventive or immediate maintenance.

ALLPWD admins can do: suspend accounts, delete accounts, view reporting, perform maintenance for the ALLPWD systems.

ALLPWD admins CAN NOT do: get your account passwords, get your hidden vaults passwords, see user content of vaults, change or reset your account password or hidden vault passwords, edit vaults content.

No! Your data is fully encrypted and hashed before ever leaving your local device, so no one from the ALLPWD team can ever see, read, or reverse engineer to get to your real passwords or real vault’s data. ALLPWD servers only store strongly encrypted and hashed data.

Your information is always strongly encrypted and gets decrypted only locally on your personal devices. This means that ALLPWD employees never can see your master password, hidden vault passwords, and any personal data.

At ALLPWD, your security and privacy are our top priority! Security, privacy and total encryption have taken on the every step possible to ensure that your data is stored ultimate safely.

We are using AES 256-bit and other encryptions, as well as multiple best hashing algorithms. This means that your sensitive data never travels over the Internet in the open state, only the highly encrypted data does. This is the same encryption algorithm that is used by the US Government to protect its top-secret highly confidential data.

No! We do not keep the master password stored locally. Your encryption key (derived from the master password or hidden vault passwords) is kept only in memory and only while the vault is open. When the vault is closed, or the web browser tab is closed, this data is purged from your device memory.

We do our best to ensure that any data that may be in memory for the ALLPWD to function is only held in memory for as long as you need it and that memory is cleaned up whenever the vault is closed.

You can store multiple logins for the same account, for example, such as a personal and work Gmail address, or several accounts to Instagram.

Just create several entries in your vault, as many as many logins to the same website/server/app you have.

Monthly. You’ll be billed every month on the same date you received your first invoice, which may not be the first day of the month. Premium subscription will be prolonged for another month, and you will be charged from your ALLPWD account balance.

If your ALLPWD account balance is not enough to prolong the subscription, then you will get an email notification about it.

Forever. You’ll be billed only one time at the moment of purchase of Premium subscription.

In case not enough funds on your ALLPWD account balance, your account will then downgrade to the ALLPWD Free plan, which will still provide you with access to your vaults and stored data within your vaults. However, you will not be able to create more hidden vaults than the limit set in the Free plan. Every single vault will not be able to have more records than is set in the Free plan. You also will no longer be allowed to use the ALLPWD Premium features.

No. We do not store any of your bank card data. This is made for security reasons. Each time you top-up your account balance you must type the card details. However, you can top-up one ac much as you need for several payments.

When a secure capsule is deleted, the files get immediately destroyed forever.

The files will be destroyed forever after your instructions (the action) executed by the SaveToFuture system.

NO! No external party/organization/agency has any access to any of the secure capsules and files sealed in the secure capsules.

The Main Vault is a default vault that is always available for you to store your information there. The Main Vault has a list of sections where you will store your secure information: website logins, server logins, bank cards, file passwords, cryptocurrency wallet keys, secret contacts, hardware devices, and others.

The content of the main vault you will see immediately after successful login to the ALLPWD system.

When you delete your hidden vault, all records that were in this hidden vault will be permanently deleted. The is no way to revert back the deletion of a hidden vault. Be very careful and double-check is that the right vault you want to delete.

No. You cannot print vault records directly from ALLPWD interface. However, you can export your vault data as JSON to a text file and print it out from the file.

Check and eliminate the obvious: Make sure Caps Lock is off, you are typing small or capital letters where it is required. If your PC is multilingual, make sure that you're in the right language. We suppose, English language, in most of the cases.

Hidden Vaults provide you with the ultimate protection for your information. Hidden vaults do not get open automatically after you logged into your ALLPWD account. You need to enter a password to a hidden vault to open it and to see its content.

No one ever can know how many hidden vaults you have, and if you have any hidden vaults at all. We encourage you to use hidden vaults for the ultimate protection of your stored information.

Each ALLPWD user can have multiple hidden vaults. For the free subscription, the quantity of hidden vaults is limited, however still high. For the Premium subscriptions, the quantity of hidden vaults is huge.

To add a new record, first select the vault, where you want to store that record. It can be store in your main vault, or it can be stored in any of your hidden vaults.

Password vaults save usernames and passwords of course, but what else can they store?

Payment information: Securely save credit cards in your password vault to make paying bills and shopping online easier.

Cryptocurrency wallets: keys, addresses.

File passwords: passwords for opening excel, word files, zipped files, and passwords for any other files.

Server logins: logins to servers via FTP, SFTP, SSH, and other protocols, or logins to the operating system.

Secret contacts: contacts of people you don't want anyone to know about.

As described in the Security section, ALLPWD has no knowledge of, way to retrieve, or way to reset your master password.

Unfortunately, if you’ve already lost or forgotten your master password, there is no way for the ALLPWD team to recover the account or the vault's data.

Keep your ALLPWD account password saved somewhere in a safe place that only you have access to.

As a zero-knowledge solution, ALLPWD system has no knowledge of, way to retrieve, or way to reset your hidden vault passwords. If you’ve already lost or forgotten a password to one of your hidden vaults, there is, unfortunately, no way for the team to recover that password and to access data in that your hidden vault. It is similar to the master password.

ALLPWD is the ultimate secure, so there is no way to restore your forgotten password other than if you recall it from your memory or find somewhere where you noted down this password in the safe place.

You can use ALLPWD export function to make secure long-term backups of your vault data.

Data will be exported to a text file, containing a JSON structure.

Yes! You can restore the deleted entry only if it is less than 30 calendar days that have passed since the deletion. However, all deleted entries that are older than 30 days, will be permanently deleted by the ALLPWD system.
